I’m Blessed, so do You

I am blessed. I am blessed to have all the inspiring man around me, allow me to gain an opportunity to perceive how they actually have their life-changing experience through every decision they have made, how they actually embark their Life-Journey with colors. Do remember people, they pursue the identical education system as we do (doesn’t matter with IPTA or IPTS), but why are they so distinctive (what shapes them differently)? I personally find out all these Inspiring man, they have One thing in common – Sacrifice. They sacrifice. The moment, you discover an honorable smile on the stage, cheer for their utmost honor, have you ever wonder how much they have actually sacrificed? How much they have actually vanished behind the stage? The journey is never easy; all these facets keep reminding me, and constantly inspire me to change for the better (benchmark the inspiring ones).

Nevertheless, I am blessed again by having a supportive family. My parents are modestly accessible. They assist their children whenever regard as necessary; they let their children fall, in turn to allow their children to stand up again with their own foot, just to be tough and independent all the time.

I Love you Dad, I Love you Mum, I Love you Bro  ❤

I do not have much impressive achievements. I would like to say, I’m still in the process of learning, grabbing my opportunity to actually explore the surroundings. But, I will not lose my faith; Because, I believe God will lead me along the way, He will provide me with strength; Also, I have my supportive family, my love one, the “benchmarkSs”, even positive friends. I understand this is in no way as easy as it looks, because not everyone is going to see the same level of importance in the work I do. However, I believe with every roadblock I hit, I am given more time to think of an even better approach for my goal.  I believe someday I am going to be one of the change makers, who make a difference =)

I have my decision to make now. So do you, Do Not Hesitate n Let’s do it !

Explore the people and things around you. Doesn’t have to be any Great person or any Awesome thingy, each people has their own story to tell, each thing has its own worth of existence. Living in a hustle bustle city, kindly allow yourself to hold up your footsteps for a little while, you’ll surprised yourself with unforeseen great deeds. Trust me =)

Has Anyone Told You ?

Hey peeps !

Have you been Fed today?

Has anyone told you today you’re Loved?

Has anyone made you felt Appreciated and let you know how Special you are?

Has anyone Assured you that you are exactly who you need to be?

And that in simply doing what you love to do, you are doing enough?

Has anyone reminded you that you didn’t come here to prove anything?

You just came to be You. (Just you)

You are one of a kind, a true original, A masterpiece of incomparable value

God placed it there the day you were born, and every loving thought you think

Radiates forward brightening the world and making it a better place to be.

That’s how Powerful  and how Loving you could be.

So now, I ask again ..

Have you been Fed today?  Has anyone told you that you are truly loved?

If Not, then won’t you please, Let me be the one?

You’re Loved

There is more hunger for love and appreciation in the world today than for bread .

What will you do with your future?

Hi Everybody ..

What will you do with your future ?

It ain’t the first time I’ve been exposed to the same question.

Japheth Lim always ask ” what do you think yourself going to be in 5 or 10 years time? “

I would say I’m still in the progress of “searching” .. I’ll keep looking for my passion and direction which are going to contour me (what I want myself to be) in 5 to 10 years time.

Anyways, I would like to share something from John Von Achen’s seminar — How To Create Your Best Day Ever

John Von Achen has a question for you ” What will you do with your future? “

You have two choices really ..

  • You can choose to just Survive

  • You can choose to live with Value

If you choose to live with Value, and decide to prosper , and commit to focused goals. Anything is possible .. (with well-planned)

Because ,

The best can still be in front of you ..

your future is in your hands..

inside you is untapped potential..

you have unlimited value..

you are unique and special..

You can achieve what you put your mind to !!

So choose to :

Enlarge your vision

Retrain your brain

Increase your confidense

Attract the good around you

Seize the profitable opportunities in your path

Step forward daily

Positively engage relationships

Unleash your maximum wealth

[ And don’t forget to ..]

Decide what you want !

Prepare for your future ..

Believe in yourself

Plan before you do

Ask questions and question everything

Avoid the negatives

Move outside of your comfort zone

Let go of the past

Well, all these are wide-ranging inspirational quotes .. and I perhaps Most of us had heard pretty much about it already. Giggle

Somehow, I would like to share it again, here in my blog .. To “Remind” you  =D

Have a nice day !

Are You Still Complaining ?

Hi Everybody, do you think you have adequate qualification to whine about what you’re having now is incapable to fulfill your desires?

Watch this video ..

Are you still complaining?

Observe around you and be thankful for all that you have in this transitory lifetime. We are fortunate; We have much more that what we need to be content.

Let’s try not feed this endless cycle of consumerism and immorality in which this “modern and advanced” society forgets and ignores the other two thirds of our brothers and sisters.

Does studying annoy you?

Not them..

Hate veggies?

They starve from hunger ..

On diet?

They die from it..

Does your parents care tire you?

They don’t have any..

Bored of the same games?

They have no option..

Aren’t thankful for a bed to sleep in?

They’d wish not to wake up..

Someone got you Adidas instead of Nike?

They only have one brand..

Are you still complaining?

If you have time to whine and complain about something then you have the time to do something about it  ..

Give gratitude in all circumstances .. Shouldn’t we feel contented?

Why Women Have to Care About Their Looks ?

Nowadays, Women are under too much pressure to look like the images of Perfect Women the media bombards them with every day.

I don’t agree with the philosophy that I should love what I see in the mirror especially when I am a bit on the heavy side (dry skin, dark circle, uneven skin tone .. etc)

Marcia Reynolds, Psy.D. says :

I think every woman should care about how she looks if she wants to realize a comfortable level of success and self-sufficiency. Quite a bit of research has tried to determine how many seconds it takes before a person forms a judgment of someone they meet. Their brains calculate your value in terms of age, social standing and how approachable you are within thirty seconds or less.

Princeton psychologists Janine Willis and Alexander Todorov says :

First impressions are formed in less than a tenth of a second.

I’m Not advocating for plastic surgery and extreme diets. I Do advocate for presenting an attractive, updated, professional image that represents how you want the world to judge you.

Developing your speaking and writing skills, the visual impact you have is part of your brand.

Marcia Reynolds, Psy.D. says :

Does this mean we are enslaved by ludicrous beauty standards? No matter how shallow and unfair it is, attractiveness factors into most parts of our lives, including hiring and promotion decisions.

Newsweek columnist Jessica Bennett says :

“In this economy, looking good isn’t just vanity, its economic survival.”

Making an effort to look good because we know it helps us out professionally and maintaining that look shouldn’t necessarily be shunned, nor should we be plagued by personal guilt.

Anyways, I don’t think you should alter your appearance so your friends don’t recognize you; Or you should put yourself in financial or physical jeapardy to stay looking young.

Guidance (Brief)

  • Keeping your face out of the Sun.

  • Drinking water.

  • Reducing stress through Yoga and Exercise.

  • Eating more Fresh Foods.

  • Spending at least five minutes a day noticing what you are grateful.

  • Making sure you have at least one good belly laugh before you go to sleep.

Face it, when you look good on the OUTSIDE, you feel good on the INSIDE. Should it be the other way around? It can be. Your EMOTIONS affect your appearance and attractiveness. Your CONFIDENCE plays into your ability to influence others.

It’s Not an “either or” question. You have to work both on staying attractive Inside and Outside.

I’ll say :

We live and work in a world where people judge your value in seconds or less. At best, let’s quit judging each other for what we feel we need to do to get ahead. Better we respect each other for who we are and how we each choose to cope with the realities we face. Then maybe someday, these standards and judgments will change..  =)

Worth it to work for ” Long Hours “?

In this age, when the40-hour work week is increasingly viewed as part-time, many of us are pulling long hours at the office.

But at some point, all that time spent in the cube reaches a point of diminishing returns and it’s worthwhile just to call it a day and head home.

Determining that point,

Laura Vanderkam writes in a recent piece for & Vanderkam, the author of “168 Hours: You Have More Time Than You Think,”

Examines the academic research on hours worked and actual productivity to try to come up with an answer.

Researchers at Harvard Business School, the London School of Economics and other institutions have launched a CEO Time Use Projectto determine how a chief executive’s time corresponds with a company’s performance, defined as revenue per employee and the profitability of the firm.

The study, found a strong correlation between the hours worked and the productivity of the firm; every one percentage point rise in hours worked meant firm productivity rose by 2.14 percentage points.

However, the research doesn’t necessarily mean we should all simply put in longer hours to be more productive.

The researchers found that how the executives spent their time was key to their productivity. For instance, meeting with employees correlated with increased productivity.

As for many Americans, is considered a short workweek: 48 hours on average.

Vanderkam says:

Not surprisingly, doesn’t come up with a magic number for the optimal number of hours to work. I’m curious if there’s a magic number of hours you can work in a day or week before you hit a wall or start to achieve diminishing returns? Or a number of hours worked for you to achieve maximum productivity?

Should Schools Teach Relationship Education?

“I think it’s interesting that schools today have classes for kids in SEX EDUCATION- but not RELATIONSHIP EDUCATION. Why is that?”

Mission :

Offer young girls pre-emptive damage control for their relationships – so she can lower the divorce rate for her generation – and all generations thereafter.

Lindsay Kriger, the 22 year old empassioned founder of If Only I Knew, says

“Why is that girls aren’t taught at a younger age how to be the best partners to guys? Instead are taught how to hook guys – and how to be great business women. But, because we’re not taught how to be better partners, the divorce rate is at 60% percent.”

“I’ve always felt that they should teach relationship skills in school. We’ve been talking about this for decades and maybe this will be the wave of the future in education. Our education is somewhat archaic in that it still teaches the same components that served the industrialized era and then we wonder why we have so many social problems and breakdowns of families, relationships and struggles with child rearing. ” — Lindsay

“Whenever you’re in conflict with someone , there’s one factor that can make the difference between damaging your relationship and deepening it. That factor would be ATTITUDE”
